1. Return Window
You have up to 24 hours from the time your order is delivered to submit a return or exchange request.
After this period, returns will not be accepted unless the item is proven defective upon delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (no scratches, stains, or signs of wear).
- Include original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and any freebies received with the purchase.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
- Not a customized or engraved product, personalized items are non-returnable.
3. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will send you the return address and next steps.
4. Return Options
After approval, you can:
- Drop off the item at our designated return location, or
- Request a pickup service (available for an additional fee based on your location)
The item must be shipped or delivered to us within 2 business days after your return approval.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the item is defective or we made an error, we will issue a full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days using your original payment method (mobile money, card, or bank transfer).
- For change of mind or dissatisfaction, refunds are not available; however, you may exchange the item for another product of equal value.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- If the item is defective upon delivery and the same model is available in stock.
- If you wish to swap for another product, subject to stock availability and inspection approval.
If the replacement product costs more, you’ll only pay the price difference.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video.
- Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the cause of damage is unclear, we may offer to repair the product at little or no cost, depending on the situation.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or engraved watches
- Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted under special promotions
- Products not reported within the 24-hour return window
